The Boston Retinal Implant Project will develop a retinal prosthesis through a research collaboration among physicians, physiologists, biologists, engineers and rehabilitative specialists. Each team member brings their own professional expertise to address all aspects of the prosthesis development in a multi-disciplinary manner.
